Please message us with any return/exchange request, do not send anything until it’s been confirmed that we will accept returns/exchanges.
In case of exchanges, we need to receive any goods back first, for understandable reasons. This is in line with EU/UK distant selling rules.
We don’t accept returns on personalised items, in line with EU/UK distant selling rules. Non personalised items can be returns once they haven’t been worn. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We reserve the right to handle any return/exchange request on a case to case basis.
In case of any damage you need to send photos within 24hours, so we can determine the cause and act accordingly.
Faulty goods are accepted for a refund within 30 days of purchase
