As of January 2023, all of our robes are made to order, and we don't keep robes in stock. As a result, we don't accept returns or refunds, unless the item is faulty. Made to order / personalised items are exempt from returns.
In case of any damage you need to send photos within 24hours, so we can determine the cause and act accordingly.
Faulty goods are accepted for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
